CHECK-IN TIME : 3:00 pm.
CHECK-OUT TIME : At 12:00 Noon. Rooms not vacated before this time will charged accordingly. Please settle all bills the night before yous departure.
I.D BRACELET: The bracelet that was given to you at your check-in allow us to identify you as our guest and entitles you to all the services and amenities including food and beverages. The bracelet must be worn during the entire time you are registered as our guest. In case it break or falls off, please come ti Reception and we will exchange it for a new one free of charge. Lost bracelets have a replacement fee of $20.00 U.S.
POOL TOWELS: For your convenience we have exclusive pool towels. You will receive towel cards on arrival at the Reception. Please exchange them for your pool towels with our Operations Manager. Please return the towel card when you check out. The charge for a lost card or towel is $20.00.
Please do not take towels to the beach. The sand damages our Laundry Equipment... please consider using one of our Grass Mats or purchasing one of the many colorful towels in town.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES: Each state room has it's own mini-safe to store important documents and valuables free of charge to the guest.
WHERE TO EAT: The Villa's Restaurant is located near the Main Pool and serves Continental Breakfast Buffet and Daily Specials from 8:30 am until 11:00 am.
For Dinner many guests wish to partake in Guayabitos' regional Mexican cuisine.. whether it be American, Japanese, Italian or Mexican, Guayabitos has something for the discriminating palate. Please ask staff members for a list of restaurants and bars as well as directions on how to get there.
WHERE TO DRINK: The Main Bar is located in the Villa on the Main Floor Terrace... service is available from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm.
WATER: The Villa uses Purified Water for all meal preparation and drinking.. throughout the Villa we have purified water.

DRESS: Resort Casual. The most common atire at the Villa is shorts, shirt and tennis shoes or sandals... in the evening Gentlemen wear shorts or khaki pants and a collored shirt to go out. Sundresses are popular with the Ladies as well as Bermudas.
LOW SEASON: Low Season offers and special promotions are NOT applicable during Federal Holidays,3-day weekends(National Mexican Holidays)or Christmas,New Year's Eve and/or Semana Santa and Pascua.
LOW SEASON MONTHS... are defined as the following:
April,May,June,September,October,November up to the 14th of December.
HIGH SEASON MONTHS...are defined as the following:
December 15th, January, February, March, Easter, Passover, July 4th through August 14.
Smoking is not permited in the rooms at villa corona del mar
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the hotel.(exterior areas)
It is prohibited to exceed the maximum number of persons per room as established by the hotel.
Room Rates do not include gratuities for hotel staff.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date there will be no charge for the cancellation,and your deposit will be 100% refunded.
No deposit refunds if you cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival date.
Special Cancellation Dates: Reservations for Christmas and New Years...typically the most coveted of the year..require a minimal of 5 months..advance notice in order to receive a refund.
Reservation process
1.Availability Confirmation:We will send you an email confirming availability of the room type you have chosen as well as the dates you have solicited.In the case the date and type of room are not available we will communicate with you to offer you other options.
2.Send 50% of your total stay with us within 48 hours:To reserve your room we require a deposit of 50% of your total stay with us,this should be sent to us within the next 48 hours after receiving confirmation of availability.In the case that your deposit was not sent during the 48 hour lapse of time..it will be necessary to verify availability again.
3.Reservation Confirmed: Once we have received a copy of your deposit or wire transfer we will send you an email confirming your reservation at Villa Corona del Mar.
